We can't begin to express our profound gratitude for everything you did for us in the planning and implementation of Mom's Calling Hours, Funeral, & Burial. From the beginning, your compassion, generosity, kindness, and empathy was highly evident. Your warm, sympathetic, nuturing, and caring spirit was such a comfort to all of us and you were patient, kindhearted, and helpful throughout. Your attention to detail and your organizational skills were so impressive.
Your expertise and professionalism was amazing. You remembered every detail, when we weren't able to. You treated Mom with such love and care and her family as well. We were worried about Mom's appearance with the open casket she wanted. She looked so beautiful and you captured the essence of her beautiful, selfless, warm, giving, and peaceful spirit. Your arrangement of the flowers, pictures, video, chairs, ect. was just perfect. You even delivered the flowers to our home so we didn't have to worry about picking them up later. One special moment you created was having the funeral procession drive by Mom's house and then stop and pause to honor her and salute the home she lived in for 68 years. It was so touching, and we know Mom would have loved the way you honored her with such dignity and grace.
We are so fortunate to have such an exceptional, talented, and professional Funeral Home service in our little community. My out-of-town family were so impressed with you, Jenny. You treated us like family from the start. It takes a very special person to be in the funeral service business, and you are the epitome of an effective, professional, thoughtful, warm, and compassionate funeral director. You are responsible for such a long list of things the day of the funeral, but your demeanor remained so calm, warm, and comforting. You have a precious and tender heart, and you are one in a million, Jenny.
I hope you realize the tremendous impact you have on so many families going through the grieving process. Your positive contribution to our community and its families, is simply immeasurable. You go above and beyond the call of duty. You were such a blessing to our family during our difficult time of loss and grief. We had such a positive feeling about the day we bid a loving, fond farewell to our beloved mother, and we just couldn't have accomplished that without YOU. Thank you for the extraordinary job you did for us. Although, I don't think it's a 'job' to you, but rather a calling. We are truly grateful to you for everything. You are a treasure, Jenny.
