Hi, Charley and Bessie I just heard of Troy's passing. When I think of my time with Troy I think of how no matter what was going on and how busy life got Troy had a smile that would melt my heart. He was a gift to all of us and reminded me things could always be worse. I know how special he was too you and how much you loved that boy! Thank the lord he had parents as giving and loving as you both are.. Take care and know your in my prayers.

My deepest condolences Charles and Bessie. The time i spent in caring for Troy was some of my most memorable times. Troy always had a smile even when he didn't feel good. I know he appreciated my work.His expressions to tell what he wanted or needed were all i needed to know what he was thinking. He was an intelligent young man.He loved his family so much. Jehovah GOD sent his only begotten son Jesus to buy back lives that was lost through sin and disobedience by our first human parents.Troy will live again.

So sorry to hear of Troys passing. I will never forget his infectious laughter . I learned so much from him and his family that cared for him. God truly has taken another angel home!! My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Oh how I loved your son! Troy was one of my first students at Carthage High School. He was such a joy and filled my heart with happiness! I have several photos from 1984-86 with his classmates Molly, Michael, Hans and Joshua. Troy was playful and was able to express hi, home and help. He knew the schedule in expectation of pt, swim, lunch and dismissal. I especially enjoyed time with you Bessie as we explored switches allowing Troy the ability to turn on music or games. I am saddened for your loss yet ever so grateful for his presence in my life and memory. With much love.

Dad mom and brother's we will certainly miss Troy but we will remember the good times which were many especially when there was a mute button on the television remote and I hit it and told the T.V. to shut up. Troy would laugh till he turned blue. Thanks for being great parents for all of us as for my brothers go Troy was the favorite sorry Andy, Shawn and Darin. I think we all know that he is in a better place watching over all of us now.
