Jennifer,
Thank you for your incredible compassion, patience and sympathy during the most difficult time in our lives last week.  Our father, Dr. Ken Seeber died on August 23, 2010.  Over the last week you have guided our family down a path that we were all unfamiliar with.  I had asked so many questions (and still am), probably even more questions than my Father would have asked, and you have answered each question and each request with an understanding answer, a sympathetic voice and a sincere smile.  As you know, I have told you that I have no idea how you do the job that you do each day, I can only think that you are given such an amazing and powerful responsibility as this because of the life-changing difference you make in the lives of families and friends that are experiencing absolute heartbreak.  Thank you for what you do and please know what a difference you made to our family and continue to make.
