Dear Jennifer and Doug, I wanted to let you know how much the family appreciated your kindness and caring during such a difficult time. You took care of every last detail in such an efficient and compassionate way. You were so helpful in helping me make pre-plan arrangements over the phone several years ago and during our many conversations since that time. I know that the rest of our family would agree that losing our mother has been the hardest thing we have experienced in our lives. When my mother, Rose Weber, passed away in 2008, we didn't know what to do as far as arrangements for her. You asked some questions and then made suggestions and every- thing turned out very nice. You were so comforting to our family at a time when we really needed that. Thank you for being you.

Dear Jennifer and Doug,
Thank you for helping to make a very difficult time less stressful. From beginning to end, you treated our mother and us with great dignity, respect and sympathy that we all found comforting. You handled all requests and several times went over and above what one would expect such as handling platters of food, answering myriads of questions, and arranging all so perfectly. We are still talking about the wonderful people who handled Mom's arrangements with great compassion, a lot of patience and always willing to do more. God bless you both.
