My memory of Your Dad will always and forever now be the time he saw me raking my leaves in late October. Never one to apply myself in my yard work ....I think he actually came over to make sure I was still in my right mind. He walked across the grassland from his yard to mine and He brought with him his leaf rake and I said "you're so sweet to come over and help but I got this Mr. Graves." He just chuckled, shook his head, and said ..." Not with a dirt rake you don't" 😂 I have since bought a leaf rake and think of that story every time I use it. Now that will be my fondest memory. When you Mom and Dad moved I had already started missing them. It wasn't the same when I didn't see them anymore walking from the house up passed Knapp's and up to the road each day. Your Dad was always smiling and if I was home and outside myself he never missed a wave! I never met a kinder soul. Heaven has truely gained an angel.
