Such joy to have cared for your mother! She was a "trooper" with a graciousness that is rare. But you will miss her no matter how long she was here. When a mom passes, the children (no matter their age) will find there is a great big hole in their hearts that mother used to fill...we're never "ready" to say good-bye. Believe and look forward to your family reunion in the sky where the circle will be unbroken.

Rest in peace Mrs. Schwendy. Such a gracious lady. It makes me so sad to hear of another member gone from the generation that shaped my life growing up in Beaver Falls. As a kid, I thought it was so cool that Schwendys got to live in the community hall. Another memory is sitting in church behind the Schwendys and noticing all their different hair color; blond, red and brown. My sympathy to Lucille's family. I hope you take comfort in your precious memories.
