Gladys and family, I am sorry to hear of George's passing. You and George were married shortly before I graduated from General Martin, yet I remember George during those years like they were yesterday. I enjoyed visiting with him at the last class reunion and was again made aware of the super person and great conversationalist he was. May God Bless you and yours at this time of loss.

I will miss George "kidnapping " me in his truck when I was in town. Well, that's what he would tell my wife ,Marian. We would drive around on the hill and he would tell me stories of his youth. I feel privileged to have been an occasional member in the support group. My visits to the hill will not be the same. Rest in peace George.
Our prayers are with Gladys and family.

Uncle George was one of my favorites, he always came to the fair to see me and watch the tractor pulls with me. I didn't get to see him very often but when I did it was a blast, I didn't get to see him this year at the fair and I regret it, I'm going to miss him

Uncle Georgey... It was so sudden.. You always treated me good on the farm, even when I know I was getting in the way.. You had patience with an awkward little boy and I will always remember that. I also have great memories of surprising you in the garage when I was trying to find the way to a dance in Lowville.. Or our trips with mom up on Tug Hill.. Rest now.. But know you will be missed!

Gladys, Steve and family - Mom and Dad called to give me the news and tears filled my eyes of all the happy memories of George's and his parents, and you and Steve and Lisa came filling my heart. He had a special way of making me feel special when he would pick on me. So with much sadness and sympathy, know his memory lives on in my heart. God Bless, Maureen and Timothy
