Obituary

LOWVILLE – Andrew J. Bennett, 33, passed away unexpectedly on February 11, 2023.

Andrew was born on January 7, 1990, a son of Bobbie Jo Swiernik and the late Garry Lee Bennett.  He attended South Lewis Central School.  Andrew liked to spend time with his family and friends.  He loved to make people laugh; he had a great sense of humor.  He enjoyed skateboarding and fishing.

Andrew is survived by his mother, Bobbie Jo Swiernik, and step-father, Timothy Swiernik of Turin; a sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer and James Willoughby of Cold Brook; a brother, Shane Bennett of Deerfield; a brother and sister-in-law, Garry Bennett, Jr. and Megan Olmstead of West Monroe; a sister and brother-in-law, Journey and Brandon Hoffert of Constableville; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.  He is predeceased by his father, Garry Bennett; two sisters, Tanya and Tamara Bennett; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

In keeping with the family’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service.  A Celebration of Life will be held at the Frankfort American Legion on Sunday, February 19, 2023 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
