NEW BREMEN- Ronda Lee Bogacz, 79, of Artz Road, passed away Tuesday morning July 1, 2025 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse.
In keeping with Ronda’s wishes, there will be no services held. Arrangements are with Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., Lowville.
She is survived by two children, Kelly Nolan and her fiancé Les Petzoldt of New Bremen; Elizabeth “Beth” Zyla of Utica; four grandchildren, Blake and Sarah Nolan, Dakota Nolan and his fiancé Mia, Joseph Nolan, and Rylea Bogacz; two great-grandchildren, Miya Sioux Nolan and Jaycob Nolan. Ronda is predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph Bogacz, and a son, Joseph C. Bogacz.
Ronda was born on October 23, 1945 in Utica, NY, a daughter of the late George and Irene Ingersoll Boyce. She attended Utica Free Academy and worked for the Belle Bridal Shop in New Hartford for two years. Ronda then went to work for General Electric in Utica for three years and later owned Skiers Landing in Old Forge for many years. On May 31, 1968, she married Joseph Bogacz in Whitesboro. The couple resided in Old Forge and Clinton for many years. Ronda worked at the 1882 Country Barn in the Riverside Mall in Utica for over ten years. She moved to New Bremen in October 2013 to live with her daughter and fiancé, Kelly and Les. Ronda enjoyed her life in New Bremen and watching her birds. She will be forever missed.
