CROGHAN – Pamela J. Bulger, 72, of Shady Ave., passed away on Thursday, July 28th, 2022, at her home under the loving care of her family and Lewis County Hospice.
Pamela has generously donated her body as an anatomical gift to SUNY Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, NY. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 15, 2022 at Beaver Falls United Methodist Church with Beth Monnat, Certified Lay Minister and Rev. Bruce W. Chapman, Retired Pastor, officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Riverside Cemetery Annex, Beaver Falls. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Beaver Falls United Methodist Church, 6508 Lefevre Street, Beaver Falls, NY 13305.
She is survived by her longtime partner, Mike Rolfson; a daughter and her husband, Erin and Andy Christman of Beaver Falls; her siblings, Judy and Harry Lawson of Rochester, Timothy and Patricia Farney of Beaver Falls, Kay Fortenbery of Croghan, Carol and David Jackson of Beaver Falls, Amy and Michael Bradley of Amherst; a sister in-law, Jeanne Rolfson; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Pamela was born in Lowville, NY on November 20, 1949, a daughter of the late Ralph and Velma Grau Farney and graduated from Beaver Falls High School. She entered the Navy in 1974 after serving her country for 20 years she retired in 1994. Pamela worked for the Lewis County Veteran’s Service Agency for many years and was involved the Veterans.
Pamela was an active member of the Beaver Falls United Methodist Church. She was also a life member of the Beaver River Memorial Post #1663 Croghan American Legion. She loved camping in her motor home, knitting, and her favorite place to be was sitting outside on her porch deck.
