LOWVILLE – A funeral Mass for Herbert and Barbara Nortz will be said at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, Croghan with Rev. Donald Manfred, Pastor, officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family in St. Stephen’s Cemetery.
Barbara passed away on October 12, 2001.
Herbert passed away on Saturday evening, July 30, 2022 at his home, under the care of his daughter-in-law, Deb Nortz and family, and Lewis County Hospice. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions may in Herbert’s name to St. Stephen’s Catholic Church Restoration Campaign, P.O. Box 38, Croghan, NY 13327.
