Donna was born on July 1, 1940 in Lowville, NY, a daughter of the late Charles and Geraldine Edick Robbins and attended Lowville Academy.  On September 29, 1956, she married William H. “Bill” Jackson in Lowville.  Donna worked at Beaverite Products in Beaver Falls for more than 25 years.

She is survived by her five children, Bethany (Stephen) DeShane, William (Rita) Jackson, Kelly (Joseph) Peters, Steven (Sharon) Jackson, Gerald (Joy) Jackson; eleven grandchildren, Andy, Matt, Tyler, Ashley, Cody, Katie, Erica, Alex, Collin, Cameron, and Tanner, 18 great-grandchildren; three siblings, Patricia (Terry) Kieffer, David (Tammy) Robbins, Lyriadawn (Malcolm) Williams; two sisters-in-law, Sue and Joan Jackson; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Donnie and Sally Jackson; a brother-in-law, Bob Lee; several, nieces, nephews and cousins.  She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 61 years, William “Bill” Jackson who passed away on October 26, 2017; two sisters, Diane Grimmer and Penny Tucker; and a son-in-law, William “Bill” Turcotte.

Our mom was a wonderful person.  She was a mother, grandmother, great grandmother, mother-in-law, sister and friend.  Mom and dad welcomed all family and friends into their home.  We all enjoyed the Saturday family gatherings, special occasions, and holidays, for a lifetime.  She had a great sense of humor.  Mom was so proud of her Norwegian family roots and the genealogy books written by her sister.  She loved her life in Florida, although it was brief.  Mom will be forever missed.

In keeping with Mom’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service.  Her burial will be held privately at Beaches Bridge Cemetery at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are with Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., Lowville.
