Dear Jim, Jane and families: I'll never forget the "tough man" who was really a "Teddy Bear". Working with your Dad was an experience in its self... he always told me "no", but, always (well, usually) got it done - "for the kids" at BRCS. On a rough day I could escape to the boiler room to get harassed and hear a joke or two - and on busy "paperwork" days he saw to it that I had a table set up in the cellar below my office. But, the best was the day he took me "frog hunting" and I got to prove to him that I could get as many frogs as he did!!! R.I.P. my friend and I hope you took your chainsaws and .22 with you! Pleasant Memories... Pat Ford

Another pillar of Beaver Falls has crumbled. May Bill rest in peace for all that he has done, above and beyond, for the community. Jim and Dee, Jane and Steve, my most sincere condolences in the loss of an incredible man whom I recognize as amongst the finest possible. The community of Beaver Falls has lost an individual that would do anything for anyone, at any time. I likely wouldn’t be here to write this if it hadn’t been for him rescuing me from being crushed to death in a feat of incredible strength to save me as a young child. Thank You Bill! May your time at rest be peaceful and heavenly as you so richly deserve it. I shall never forget you or how you saved me!
Peace to you, Sir.
Rick

Condolences to Jim and family, Jane and family. Your Dad was a special person to our family. Always had lots of laughs and especially when we think of "plumber Bill" when he worked on our home.
