Victor D. Steria

LOWVILLE- Victor D. Steria, 52, of Keystone Heights, Florida, formerly of Lowville, passed away on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at University of Florida, Shands Hospital, Gainesville, FL.

A graveside service will be held in the spring in Croghan Mennonite Cemetery.

He is survived by his husband, Anthony Philips of Keystone Heights, FL; his siblings, Darlene Michalski of Lowville; Bruce V. (Robbin) Steria of Martinsburg; Donald R. Steria of Blossvale; Tina Kaler of Lowville; several nieces, nephews and cousins.  He is predeceased by his parents; a brother Kenneth P. Steria; a sister Tammy L. Steria, who died shortly after birth.

Victor was born on March 18, 1966 in Lowville, NY, a son of the late Victor and Joyce Cobb Steria.  He graduated from Lowville Academy and worked on the family farm from 1982-1999 and for Wal-Mart from June 1999 – September 2018.  Victor loved vegetable gardening and flowers.
