I wanted to express my heartfelt condolences to all of the family. For right now, there's no detour around grief, no shortcut through mourning. However, 2 Cor.4:7 says that God can give us, "... power beyond what is normal ", to go from one day to the next. This does not mean that we no longer cry, or that we forget. It means we recover. We recover because of our hope. Jesus Christ talked about our hope in John 5:28 which says, "...all those in the memorial tomb will hear his voice and come out ". Jesus was referring to the resurrection. That is our amazing hope! The Bible likens our hope to an anchor. Just like an anchor stabilizes a ship, our hope stabilizes us and keeps us from drowning in overwhelming sadness. 2 Cor.1:3 describes our Creator as, "... the God of all comfort ". One way that God comforts us is by moving people who care about us to give us words of encouragement that we need to hear. May the God of comfort be your comfort now, during this time of sorrow. Please accept my condolences during this time of distress. While it is indeed sad that you are mourning the loss of your dear Ryan, it saddens God more. In the days ahead, you will reflect on seemingly small, yet precious memories. While doing so, take comfort in that knowing that just as you have memories, almighty God remembers too. However the difference is, only God has the ability to restore perfect life on earth to those in His memory. This He has kindly demonstrated in the past. Notice how the Bible further stress the fact in the faith strengthening video link Below:

My memories of Ryan are from school. He was always so friendly and respectful to me and others. A happy fellow. He has had a full life since leaving school...sounds like a successful life. My sympathy goes to all who love him and know him now. This is a difficult time for you all...Lean on each other and bring out the best in his memory. I will pray for you to find peace in the days ahead.

Words dont do justice in such a tragic event as this. Our deepest sympathies for your loss. In the time that he worked at the farm, he was truly a pleasure to know. May angels lead him in. Rest In Peace, Ryan. From Stephen and Suzanne Peck.
