Doris M. (Baldwin) Thomas

GLENFIELD- Doris M. Thomas, 45, of Chase Lake Road, died Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at her home.

The Funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 25, 2017 at Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., 5702 Waters Road,  Lowville with Rev. Bruce W. Chapman, Retired Methodist Minister, officiating.  Burial will be in the Beaches Bridge Cemetery.  A calling hour will be on Monday, September 25, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a. m. prior to the funeral, at the funeral home. She is survived by her three children, Elizabeth and her husband, William Morley of Lyons Falls, James M. “Jamie” Helfrich of Lowville, Corey M.L. Thomas of Lowville; her mother, Lillian Baldwin of Lowville; five siblings and their spouses, Stephen and Angela Baldwin of Glenfield, Kathleen and Timothy Stanford of Glenfield, Mary and Kerry Russell of Lowville,  William J. Baldwin and his companion, Tonya Norman, of Lowville; Lumilla and Joseph Lawton of Carthage; 4 grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.  She is predeceased by her father, Fred A. Baldwin, who died on March 27, 2011.

Doris was born on May 14, 1972, in the Lowville, New York, a daughter of the late Fred A.Baldwin and Lillian Moshier Baldwin and attended Lowville Academy.  Doris raised her family and was a homemaker.  She loved her dogs, making latch hook rugs, playing strategy games and cards.
