Condolences to your family. May you receive comfort from the word of God during this time of loss. Acts 24:15 says there will be a resurrection of the righteous and unrighteous. Can you imagine the joy of Martha and Mary when Jesus raised Lazarus back to life?—Read John 11:21-24, 38-44. Revelation 21:3,4 promises that one day death, mourning, and outcry will be no more. My sincere thoughts and prayers to the Combs family. I have fond memories of enjoying time in their home and boat during growing up years when they were members at New Bremen Mennonite and Pam was in my Sunday school class. I was glad to visit with Don this summer when I spent time with my mom Ruth at Brookside. Blessings to all! You have lost a fine gentleman and friend to many.

We appreciated Don and Roselba very much. I enjoyed staying with the family for a year when I went to business school in Watertown. I always counted Don as one of my close and special friends. He meant a lot to me. I felt blest for the opportunity to have a good short talk with him at my sister Carol's funeral just a few short weeks ago, not knowing that would be the last conversation I would have with him. He was in our thoughts and prayers over the past several years.

Blessings and love to the family at this difficult time.

Dad was our ray of sunshine whenever he visited the Office. What a joy I have that our paths crossed and I had the opportunity to meet him. Each person we meet has an impact on our lives/character and my take-away from Dad is to greet each day with the best God gives you...the life he lived is a great example for others. May God bless and keep you.

To the family of Don and Rose,
We have so many memories of your parents; church, woodlot, on the boat, at your home, and others. They were special friends. Your dad's leadership was instrumental in the establishment of Watertown Mennonte Church, which was so meaningful to us and our children.
We so much wanted to attend the memorial service, but are unable to do so.
May God grant you peace.
