Patricia E. Germann

LOWVILLE-Patricia Eirlys Germann was born on 5 June 1927 in Carthage, NY to Dr. Paul G. Germann and Doris (nee-Lloyd) Germann. The Germann's lived in Lowville until 1955 where Dr. Germann practiced at the Lowville County Hospital. Patricia was baptized by her grandfather, Rev. Karl A. Germann of the Missouri Lutheran Synod. Her maternal grandfather, Edward (“Ted”) Lloyd was a famous tenor well known on the eastern seaboard and in Wales. Patricia received both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from New York University. She owned the Hotel Parquet in Constableville, NY in the early 1970’s and went on to work in hotel management in New York City. She is survived by three daughters: Holly Carr, Dawna Robertson and Cynthia Chaddock. She has three grandchildren: Zachary Chaddock, Jason Robertson and Wendy Robertson, ph.D. She has a great grandson: Jaxon T. Robertson Patricia died of natural causes on 31 March 2016 in Omaha, Nebraska. Burial will be later this spring in Lowville Rural Cemetery.
