Hubbard, 58, of Gloversville, formerly of Lowville, has been changed to Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. at Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., with Rev. James Jenkins officiating. Calling hours will be from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. prior to the funeral service, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Port Leyden Cemetery. Arrangements are with Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., Lowville.
