LOWVILLE – Clarinda Lyn Jantzi Chambers, 49, of the Number Four Road, passed away on March 10, 2016 surrounded by her family and friends, under the loving care of her family and Lewis County Hospice.

A funeral Mass will be said at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 14, 2016 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Lowville, with Rev. Christopher Carrara, Pastor, officiating.  Burial will be in the Beaches Bridge Cemetery.  Calling hours will be held on Sunday, March 13, 2016 from 2 - 4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m.at Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., Lowville.  Contributions may be made Friends of Lewis County Hospice, P.O. Clarinda was born on November 13, 1966 in Lowville, NY, a daughter of Murray and Linda Davoy Jantzi.  She graduated from Lowville Academy in the Class of 1984 and from Barbizon Modeling School in Syracuse, NY.  Clarinda worked as a medical secretary for Dr. Perez in Watertown and also owned and operated Jantzi Florist and Bridal and had also worked as an Assistant Manager for Fastrac and for Walmart.  She married her soulmate Todd Chambers on July 12, 2008, after 16 years together.  Clarinda was a beautiful soul who left an imprint on so many of our lives.  She loved to laugh and saw the world in a way that others long to.  She enjoyed times with her family and friends, and the children in her life.  In her short time on this earth, Clarinda taught so many about love, life and everlasting friendship. 

Clarinda leaves her beloved husband Todd Chambers and adored dog Emily Elizabeth; her parents Murray and Linda Jantzi; a brother and his wife, Wayne and Robin Jantzi of Boonville; a sister, Candy Jantzi of Lowville; her grandmother, Clara Davoy; her father-in-law, Don Chambers; her nephews Wayne Jantzi II and Kailey; James and Erica Jantzi, and countless other loved ones that meant so much to her.  She is reunited with her mother-in-law, Donna E. Chambers; maternal great-grandmother, Marcella “Mama” Andrews, her paternal grandfather, James Davoy Sr.; her paternal grandparents, Vernon and Grace Jantzi.
