Amy Jo Ferrance

GREIG- Amy Jo Ferrance, 48, of Brantingham Road, Greig, died Monday, September 26, 2016 at Lewis County General Hospital, under the loving care of the staff, her family, and Lewis County Hospice.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 13, at 2:00 p.m. at Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., 5702 Waters Road, Lowville, with Rev. Christopher Carrara officiating.  Calling hours are Thursday, October 13, from Noon-2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Brantingham Cemetery immediately following the service.

She is survived by two daughters, Samantha Stanford of Greig and Sara Shaw of Port Leyden; three sisters, Vanessa Ferrance of Massena, Antoinette "Toni" Hoover of Charlotte, NC, Michelle Ferrance and Philip Lustyik of Fredericksburg, VA; a brother, Richard Ferrance Jr. of Pittsburgh, PA; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is predeceased by her parents; and a brother, Bradley Ferrance.

Amy Jo was born on December 18, 1967, in Lowville, NY, a daughter of the late Richard W. and Katherine R. “Kitty”  Karl Ferrance Mezey. She graduated from South Lewis Central School in 1986.  She went on to work for Beaverite Products and served at Luigi’s Pizzeria from 2012-2013. Amy Jo deeply loved her family, friends, animals, and plants. She also enjoyed the warmth of basking in the sun.
